Eternal Ink - True Blue

Eternal true blue is a bold and vivid shade of blue, available as part of the eternal inks classic primary colours range, which includes a wide variety of other such bold and vibrant shades of various primary colours. The ink is of course a high quality option, being non-toxic and organic as well as being available in a variety of sizes to ensure that you have everything you need regardless of the size or amount of tattoos you are planning to produce using the ink. All of our inks, including this one, are sterilized to ensure that they are a clean and safe option, and we never freeze our inks, so you can be confident that they are as fresh as they could be.
The eternal inks classic primary colours range includes a selection of bright and vibrant colours, including this particular shade of true blue. The colour is a solid, bold shade of blue that offers everything you would expect of the classic primary colour, and of course is a high quality, long lasting ink that can be easily incorporated into a wide variety of designs. This is available in a selection of the most popular sizes, allowing you to order as much as you need to meet the requirements of any number of tattoos you may be planning to produce, regardless of size, and of course the selection gives you the opportunity to reduce your costs and waste materials where possible. The ink is, like all eternal inks, produced using a selection of natural materials which help to ensure that it is not only a long lasting and beautiful colour, but also that the ink itself is a non-toxic and organic solution, which means that it is less abrasive against the skin and less likely to cause irritation. To further ensure the comfort and quality the ink provides we sterilize all of our inks, which removes any potentially harmful bacteria that might have otherwise been the cause of irritation, allergic reaction and even infection. We also never freeze our inks, so you can be completely confident in the freshness of the products you order from us.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.
What is your returns policy?

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
Our cut off for next day delivery is 7pm.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We can ship worldwide, yes! Please contact our sales office if you have any queries regarding your address.
