A HISTORY OF BARBER DTS AND OUR NEW LOOK
AT BARBER DTS, WE'RE INCREDIBLY PROUD OF OUR HERITAGE – OVER 120 YEARS WORTH OF IT!
It all began in the 1900s when 'The King of Tattooists' George Burchett-Davis began adapting and selling tattooing instruments made by Tom Riley (whose machines improved on the legendary Samuel O'Reilly's designs!)
Fast forward to the early 1930s, and Davis Tattooing Supplies was born (yes, this is where DTS comes from and what it stands for!)
Times have drastically changed since the days of soldering needles, creating ink potions, and tuning coil machines - and Barber DTS has undoubtedly moved with those times.
We've grown from a small-town supply business to become the leading suppliers for Europe, complete with three stores – Nantes, Amsterdam and Berlin - and a shipping facility in Germany.
We get to work closely with some of the industry's biggest and best tattoo brands: Bishop Rotary, Eternal Ink, TATSoul and Critical Tattoo, to name a few, providing you with the most advanced tattoo equipment ever made.
We have a fully-fledged Tattoo Artist Pro Team featuring 70 of the finest artists around Europe, a Tattoo Advice Hub offering advice and support from our artist experts to professionals and apprentices, and even help for clients.

We’ve kept our skull (we’re too attached to the guy) and, of course, made sure we still have our ‘DTS’ history embedded in our heads.
We’ve updated and significantly improved our website; navigating and searching for what you need is faster and easier. Our checkout process has been streamlined and includes Apple/Google Pay for super-quick purchases and flexible payment options with Klarna, PayPal, and DivideBuy.
We’ve kept our service standards, including Same Day Despatch, Free Delivery Availablity, and Express Delivery options, as well as our popular Cash on Delivery feature and UPS Access Point option so you never miss a package!
