Open ended clamps are ideal for tongue piercings as it means that the clamp can be removed before the needle is taken out.

These stainless steel clamps are originally created for surgical applications but are now always used in piercing procedures. They allow for secure grip and control of the section of skin. This is ideal for piercing applications as it means that the piercer is truly focused on the small area involved in the creation of the new piercing. These Rampleys Clamps are available in both open and closed end versions. The closed end gives a secure grip on the area ready to be pierced. The open end is commonly used on the tongue and with the open end split it allows the piercer to remove the clamp prior to removal of the needle. This can help to reduce blood loss and bruising. These types of clamps are also often used on the navel and earlobes piercings. These clamps also have a minimal level of serration on the rounded head, meaning that they are ideal for holding skin in awkward areas that may have less grip such as the tongue. The clamps are sized as 7" and are produced from surgical steel. This makes them reusable and suitable for delicate cleaning as well as the autoclave procedure.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
