Studio: Blackship
Style: Neo-traditional

Kike first took an interest in tattooing after having his first tattoo at 16 years old. He decided he wanted to try it himself, so he started tattooing friends when he wasn't at work as a carpenter. After the company he worked for closed in 2009, he took the plunge and started tattooing full time.

Kike started tattooing by doing cobwebs, letters and tribal pieces before moving onto the neo-traditional style he is known for today. Now you can easily spot a Kike Esteras tattoo from his unique style & colour palette.

"If you force it, things don't flow.”

In the future, Kike would like to further develop his style and do more drawing and painting. Having his own studio takes up a lot of his time, but it also gives him the opportunity to develop and live the life he wants.
