From a young age it was rare to see Simon without a pencil or paintbrush in hand.

He started off painting toy figures and then as he got older, he would recreate comics & graphic novels. Post school, he taught himself how to tattoo at his local tattoo shop and just twelve months later opened his very own tattoo studio.

In Simon’s own words his style is ‘a strange one’. These days it’s what he likes to call ‘real-astration’ – a cross between realism and illustration.

When asked if he’s had any crazy tattoo requests, he says that the crazy ideas mainly come from him! I’m inclined to believe him as right now; he’s doing a piece based around a takeaway carton and food-based monsters… 

Simon’s career has gone from strength to strength with him winning over 40 awards across Europe & the USA!
