Designed to cover lining, shading, colour packing and stippling in one seamless setup, this machine features a 3.1mm to 4.6mm stroke range - reaching one of the highest adjustable stroke limits on the market without losing torque beyond 4.2mm . Dial it in exactly how you work and adapt instantly between techniques.
Powered by a Bishop custom Japanese motor, the PRIME Adjustable Pen maintains torque even beyond 4.2mm stroke - meaning no drop in performance, no torque loss, and no compromise.
The Critical-powered 2000mAh battery features Core Technology for precise voltage readout and improved efficiency compared to competing adjustable machines and batteries.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
Our cut off for next day delivery is 7pm.
