Intenze royal blue is a perfect example of a royal blue colour and offers the cool, regal tone for which the shade was named. This is of course a fantastic colour to incorporate into a wide variety of designs, with blue being a very neutral colour, particularly a soft and slightly darker blue like this one, you can be sure it will blend effectively with a wide variety of other tones, and of course because it is a cool colour it can be used to give more mood and feeling to your designs. Intenze royal blue has many of the qualities you would expect to see in a classic royal blue colour, with a longer lasting and more vibrant colour than that provided by many of the alternatives. This is a strong, bold colour that provides an attractive addition to any of your tattoo designs, regardless of the size, style or complexity of the design. This shade of blue provides a good, medium tone which ensures that the colour will not only work well alongside light and dark shades, and even much more vibrant and colourful designs, but it will also ensure that the ink blends easily with a selection of other colours. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

What is your returns policy?

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 7pm.

Do you deliver worldwide?

We can ship worldwide, yes! Please contact our sales office if you have any queries regarding your address.
