There are a wide selection of colours within the Muted Earthtones range, all of which are rich, vibrant, natural colours that provide and attractive and long lasting colour option for any purpose an artist could consider. In order to further ensure convenience to you, as well as your confidence as an artist, the inks are produced using a selection of natural ingredients so as to ensure that the end result is an organic, non-toxic pigment ink, thus less likely to cause a reaction when applied to the skin. The shade itself is a neutral, dark orange with a brownish tint; the perfect shade of burnt orange. The quality ensures that the ink maintains its bold hue even after application to the skin and is a great tone for blending with a range of complementary and contrasting shades. Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
