Butterluxe Disinfectant Studio Clean Concentrate is the ultimate cleaner for any tattoo studio. The powerful formula contains equal parts of surfactants, sequestrates and hyper-wetting agents to provide deep and thorough disinfection on any surface. It is safe, effective and easy to use. The highly concentrated cleaner eliminates 99.999% of bacteria, including the most dangerous, such as C. Difficile, HIV, T.B, SARS, Hepatitis, MRSA, Influenza A, Herpes viruses and Norovirus. Studio Clean fulfils the highest hygiene and safety standards as it has passed BS EN 1276 and BS EN 13704 tests and is therefore accepted by local authorities. You can trust this product to keep your studio clean and your customers happy.
Butterluxe Studio Clean Concentrate is compact and practical as it needs to be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:30. This means that 500 ml of concentrate makes 25 litres of disinfectant, and 1000 ml of concentrate makes 30 litres of disinfectant. You can use it to wipe down your workstation, tattoo chair and bed, equipment and any other surface in your studio. Butterluxe Studio Clean keeps your studio sparkling clean and free from infectious germs. Available in 500ml and 1000ml canisters.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
