NOTE: Due to a change from a magnetic backplate connection to a Snap Design Connector on the machine, battery and RCA connector. Current Bishop, Critical or Prime batteries that feature the magnetic connection WILL NOT work on the new Power Wands. To confirm, this means these new Advanced Batteries will work on your current machines, but non-Advanced Batteries will not work on the new Power Wands that come with the Advanced Batteries. We have included a compatibility chart below for reference.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
