The Microbeau/FK Irons Flux S Max is the successor to the popular Flux S permanent make-up machine and now offers even more possibilities.

The Flux S Max is available with different stroke lengths, which can be assigned to the respective colour of the machine. This means every PMU user can quickly select and recognise the suitable machine for the proper purpose. The wireless PMU machines are available in Rouge (2.5mm stroke), Midnight (3.2mm stroke) and Oudwood (4.5mm stroke).

The powerful PowerBolt II battery powers the machines and will easily last for longer sessions. With three buttons on the side and a fully digital display, the machine's and the battery's functions can be controlled and changed. The display can be customised, and even the eGive feature is at your fingertips. Depending on your preference, you can display the voltage from 4 - 12V in volts or hertz and adjust it in steps of 1 or 0.5.

The included second PowerBolt II battery ensures you always have power and is easy to replace. Thanks to the Bluetooth function, the PowerBolt II can be paired with the DarkLab app to achieve even more functions.

The Flux S Max in the colour Rouge has a 2.5mm stroke length and is optimised for precise, clean lines and lip treatments.

The Flux S Max in the colour Midnight has a stroke length of 3.2mm and is optimised for the finest precision and delicate fine lines for eyebrow and eyeliner treatments.

The Flux S Max in the colour Oudwood with a stroke length of 4.5mm was developed for experienced users who primarily work on areola treatments, scar coverage and more complex skin types.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
