Sterile water is used by tattoo artists for mixing and thinning solutions in the tattoo studio. Often mixed with green soap so it is less concentrated and so that it lasts longer. Also used for cleaning needle tips when using a number of colours on a tattoo. This keeps the tip clean and prevents the mixing of colours. Remember to follow all European tattoo regulations to ensure the safety of you and your customers. Failure to do so could result in fines and the closure of your shop. Not suitable for use in autoclaves.

Sterile water is used by tattooists for mixing and thinning solutions used in the studio. It is often used for diluting green soap so that it is less concentrated and so it lasts longer. This doesn’t affect the effectiveness of the green soap and is completely acceptable. It is important to make sure that if you are diluting your green soap you only use sterile water. Never use tap water, bottled water or any other form of unsterilized water. As well as this the sterile water can also be used for cleaning ink between colours. It is a good idea to have a small amount of sterile water nearby so that the tips of your needles can be rinsed before another colour is used. This will keep the needle clean and prevent the mixing of colours. Health and safety is paramount is a tattoo studio for making sure that you and your customers are safe from cross contamination. You must follow all European tattoo ink regulations that are put in place and using sterile water will help you to do this. Failure to follow such rules could put you and your customers at risk resulting in fines and even the closure of your shop.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
