This is of course an effective solution for a wide variety of applications, regardless of whether you're a tattoo artist, piercer or even a cleaner. The bottle is manufactured using an excellent standard of plastic, which ensures that the material is rigid enough to maintain the shape for effective results and durability over time, but flexible enough to work with effectively, and of course this particular product option includes with spigot as standard, to ensure the best possible results even in those harder to reach areas. Naturally the purpose of this product is to provide a little water pressure when cleaning your items, which can make the cleaning more effective, particularly in removing dust and dirt that would otherwise be more difficult to remove. Simply remove the cap, fill with the solution of your choice, replace the cap and squirt the solution wherever you need it. This is a commonly used option for cleaning needles, paint brushes and even the skin. Using this with water or a mild disinfectant that is safe for the skin allows you to easily force any dust, dirt or loose skin cells away from the area you are about to work with, without having to scrub and irritate the area.

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?
