The 25cm kidney dish by Barber DTS is a must have for any qualified artist working in the tattoo and piercing business. Used as a mini and temporary dumping bin for swabs and other unclean items until they can be thrown away correctly. Should not be used for needles as these must be put in a sharps bin promptly after use. Made using high quality materials so that they last a long time if they are cared for correctly. Also known as the ‘emesis basin’ and used in surgical or medical environments. Suitable for cleansing.

The kidney dish is also known as the ‘emesis basin’ in America and tends to have low sides that slope. They are known to resemble the kidney, hence the name and are used frequently in medical or surgical surroundings. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?
