Many tattoo artists prefer to use green soap to help apply their stencils to the skin surface. This can take a lot of practice to perfect, as the stencil can often not adhere properly. It also means that the stencil is more likely to blur or be wiped off easily during the tattooing process, making it difficult to continue the design. Green Soap is ideal for use in prepping the skin for a tattoo as it is naturally anti-bacterial and will not irritate the skin.

Green soap is synonymous with tattooing, so much so that it is known as ""tattooist's soap"" in many places. It is traditionally a soft soap that is predominantly made from vegetable oils. It also contains sodium or potassium hydroxide which helps to retain the glycerol. This soap is medically and environmentally safe. It is all natural and generally hypoallergenic and will not irritate the skin, meaning that it is suitable for use on all clients. It is also biodegradable, another reason it is known as ""green soap"" aside from the usual yellowish green tinge that naturally occurs. Due to the oil content, the soap acts as a natural emollient and cleanser meaning it is ideal for use after tattooing when the skin has been irritated from the needles and ink insertion. Although there are many alternative uses for green soap, it is mostly used in tattoo and piercing studios. It has a wide variety of applications including prepping the skin before a tattoo and soothing it once the tattoo has been completed. It is excellent at removing debris, blood and ink both from the skin and surgical instruments or equipment. It is often used as a pre-sterilisation soak for tattooing equipment and accessories, although the autoclave or ultrasound process should still be carried out afterwards.

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
