Lavender is a beautiful, soft shade of purple that can be ideal for a wide range of designs, regardless of whether that means featuring the colour in a more subtle and small area to draw attention to a particular detail or section of the design, or whether that means using it to fill a larger area. The colour is strong enough alone to stand out, but soft enough to blend well with other colours without drawing attention away from the finer details of your designs. The ink is available in a selection of sizes, allowing you to order as much as you need without cause excess costs or waste materials that aren’t needed. The ink is of a high quality, much like all eternal inks, and is produced using a selection of natural ingredients which help to ensure that the ink itself is not only strong of colour and long lasting but also non-toxic and organic. It is the organic quality of the ink in particular that can be useful, as this reduces the chances of the ink causing irritation to the skin. The risk is then further reduced by our process of sterilizing the ink, something that very few suppliers invest in, this includes the use of gamma radiation to eliminate any potentially harmful bacteria in the ink. Bacteria in the ink is the most common cause of irritation, allergic reaction and infection rather than the actual ink itself, so this process is extremely beneficial to you and your customers.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
