Eternal fuchsia is a bright and vibrant shade of pink designed by Liz Cook as part of the eternals portrait range and one of the 23 colours within this range designed by the world famous portrait tattoo artist. This brighter shade is ideal for adding a bolder, livelier tone to areas of a tattoo design. In order to ensure the most possible convenience for you as a tattoo artist we supply these inks in a selection of sizes, allowing you to find the amount you need without have to increase your waste materials or costs more than you have to. These inks are all produced using high quality, natural ingredients, which not only ensure that the resulting ink is high quality, long lasting option when applied to the skin but also ensure it is an organic, non-toxic solution to your tattoo ink needs, thus reducing the chances of your customers experiencing skin irritation as a result of the ink. This is further reduced by our processes of sterilizing the ink, which includes the use of gamma radiation to remove bacteria from the ink, bacteria that would otherwise have had a chance of causing an allergic reaction or even infection after being applied to your customer’s skin.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
