Eternal brown is a good, bold and lasting brown that is available in a selection of the most convenient sizes to suit your individual needs and help you reduce your costs and waste materials in the process. This is part of the eternal inks class primary colours range, which means you can be certain of the quality of the inks as it uses a variety of high quality, natural materials so as to provide a non-toxic, organic pigment ink at the end of the process. This is then, like all of our inks, sterilized so as to further ensure the safety and comfort of your customers.

The eternal brown is a warmer shade of brown and part of the primary colours range. The ink provides a good, bold brown that will last and retain the quality of its colour for a considerable time after being applied to the skin. The ink itself is produced using high quality, natural materials so as to ensure that the end result is an organic, non-toxic pigment ink that is less likely to cause a reaction on the skin. There are a variety of sizes available so as to ensure you can purchase the amount of ink you need for the task at hand, regardless of whether you’re filling in a large area of a full back piece or just touching up a few smaller details, while keeping cost and waste materials down. Aside from being organic the ink is also sterilized, using gamma radiation and some of the latest technologies we sterilize all of our inks to ensure that any potentially harmful bacteria within them are eliminated. We also refuse to freeze any of our inks during any part of the process, so you can be confident in the freshness as well as cleanliness of the inks you select to purchase from us.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
