These bottles of purified water are available in 1 litre and 5 litre quantities to suit your studio's individual needs. Purified water can be used for many things around the tattoo studio. This includes creating ink washes by diluting the pigment with purified water to create a paler, more transparent version of the ink. It can also be used to help mix different inks together when creating a custom shade for tattooing. It can also revitalise any older inks that may have started to dry out and make them usable once more.

This high quality supply is commonly used in the tattoo studio. It has many different uses. Some of these include mixing inks together if they have thicker or thinner consistencies. They often will not blend well together so adding a little purified water can help mix the colours properly into an appropriate solution. Purified water is also used by many tattoo artists to dilute black ink to create differing shades when working on black and grey pieces. The water can create various different shades of grey and ink washes to create a semi-transparent effect within the tattoo design. Purified water is also heavily used by artists who are developing the new trend for water colour tattoos where there are not definitive edges and outlines. This involves the colour being blended seamlessly into the skin, which can be done much more easily when diluted with purified water to create a gradient of ink strengths. Purified water can also be used for aftercare solutions to help flush any excess ink and debris such as blood from the tattoo when it is completed. It is also helpful in changing the consistency of thicker pigments that are not always compatible with some tattoo machines which may only work with thinner inks.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
