This revolutionary range of tattoo machines has been specifically created to give the user a feeling of weightlessness, ensuring that your tattooing process is made as comfortable as possible. Weighing only 115g it has been ergonomically designed to flow with the weight of the tube which can help reduce and sometimes even eliminate wrist pain that can often be associated with tattooing. Reducing the likelihood of common issues such as wrist and hand fatigue, as well as more serious conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, means that artists are now able to work over longer sessions than they could previously. These machines are formed from aircraft grade aluminium for strength and durability. Each Bishop Rotary tattoo machine has been assembled by hand to ensure ultimate precision and function. Every machine has been anodised which creates a great finish and also provides wear resistance, especially in areas where friction is more common. Only Swiss MAXON motors are used in these machines to generate a linear motion of the needles. The need for rubber bands has also been eliminated as a ‘double sized Needle Clip’ is now utilised which provides the correct amount of force on the needles. The clip will hold the needle where it needs to be and eliminates any lateral motion in the needle.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
