This is not a mixture for use for tattooing purposes. When supplied in the EU, this ink is NOT to be injected or introduced into a persons's skin, mucous membrane, or eyeball with the aim of making a mark or design on the body. It is intended exclusively for use on practice, synthetic skin.
There are always a lot of greens to choose from when designing a new tattoo, from light to dark, warmer and cooler tones and more vibrant or natural tones. Eternal green concentrate is an attractive, strong, mid-tone green that offers a natural but bold appearance that will suit a wide variety of designs. The ink itself is a high-quality option that provides a non-toxic, organic solution to you needs, thanks to the use of natural ingredients in the production of the ink. The organic nature of the materials within this ink make it less likely to cause a reaction on the skin when applied, which is a particularly useful feature to include, particularly if you have customers with sensitive skin. This is something we further aim to improve with our sterilization process, something that very few suppliers invest in. The process includes the use of gamma radiation too eliminate any bacteria that might have otherwise been present in the ink, it is most often this bacteria that causes allergic reactions and infection. The ink is, like many of the eternal inks, available in a selection of sizes, allowing you to order as much as you need without increasing your costs or waste materials any more than you have to. We also ensure that none of our ink is frozen, which means you can be certain of the freshness of all the ink you order from us.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
Do you deliver worldwide?
