Chris began his tattooing career with humble beginnings - after high school he studied art before joining the army, where he decided to blend his artistic passion with his new life and began tattooing himself before moving onto fellow soldiers. 

Chris now owns his own studio called Santa Cruz Kustom Club – a namesake of his love for U.S. culture and the iconic skateboard brand, Santa Cruz Skateboards. The influence of American skateboard culture is evident in the studio’s layout, with skateboards hand-painted by Chris lining the walls.

Many of the artists at Santa Cruz specialise, like Chris, in photorealism, both in black & grey and full colour - providing high-quality work that meets and exceeds customer's high expectations.
