Alex, owner of Empire Ink based in Edinburgh & Glasgow, is a realism artist and an absolute master of portraits, specifically of movie characters.

At school he felt like the odd one out, and then at Art college where he was hoping for better things it turned out to be more of the same. After a year at college where he didn't feel artistically challenged he left to find something new.
