Old orchid is a darker, deeper and warmer shade of brown than many of the alternatives and provides an effective and attractive shade for a wide number of uses, being soft enough to be used in larger sections of a design, yet bold enough to attract attention to finer details of a design. The ink itself is produced using a selection of natural materials that not only help to ensure the long lasting and strong colour, but also ensure that the ink is a non-toxic and organic option. Organic pigment inks like this are particularly popular because they are less abrasive against the skin, meaning they are less likely to cause irritation when applied. To further aid in these benefits to the ink we also ensure that all of our inks are sterilized, the process uses gamma radiation to remove any bacteria within the ink that may otherwise have been the cause of irritation, allergic reactions and even infection.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
