Also known as the “dirty colours”, these inks are made to save you time, as you no longer have to mix inks to get your desired colour. These pre-made colours that are not normally sold in a bottle have been designed with the artist in mind, something that Eternal Ink take very seriously. Included in the set are 12 magnificent earthy colours including Clay Grey, Peach flesh, Burnt Orange, Salmon, Orchid, Mocha, Hot chocolate, Green slime, Dirty Money, Slate blue, Baby Blue and Dusty blue. The Eternal range has been carefully designed and manufactured by the founder of Eternal Tattoos, Terry “Tramp” Welker, an exceptional tattooist himself. He founded the company in 1980 and has had over 30 years’ experience in the tattooing industry. He is an icon to many professionals, and has had many world class artists work for him in one of his 5 shops, including Bob Tyrell, Marshall Bennett and Tom Renshaw. The entire Eternal range is made to the highest quality, treat with gamma ray sterilisation and made to meet European legal requirements. Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
Our cut off for next day delivery is 7pm.
