The Equaliser Wireless Neutron tattoo machine is based on the original Wireless Pen Stick and has been gifted with some pretty neat new features. Although the device combines a tattoo machine with a power supply, it is still the same size as a standard pen style tattoo machine and weighs only 120 grams.

Although the device combines a tattoo machine with a power supply, it is still the same size as a standard pen style tattoo machine and weighs only 120 grams.
The circuit board is stronger and more resistant to damage. The exterior has also received a minor update and the handle shape has been changed to make the device more ergonomic and comfortable.
The battery is now removable and interchangeable (2 included). This way, you can work with one battery in the machine while the other battery is recharging in the charger.
This innovative tattoo machine is operated with 3 buttons, features a display showing the most important parameters (DC Voltage, Battery status, Elapsed time since switch-on ) and is made of a robust aluminium housing. The voltage of the machine can be regulated precisely in steps of 0.1 V in the range of 5-12 V.

Standard Parcel Delivery Service
Free next day delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100
All areas classed as outside of the UK Mainland including Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are subject to individual delivery charges starting from £23.
All orders placed by 6pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day and will normally be delivered the next working day* within England, Wales and Scotland (excluding areas classed as rural by the courier).
Delivery to areas classed as Highlands and Islands will normally take 2 to 3 days dependent on any local area delivery company operational constraints.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will not be despatched until the next working day.
The majority of our deliveries are carried out by UPS unless your order value is under £25 (before VAT) or under 2 kilograms. In this case your order will qualify for free of charge standard Royal Mail delivery (delivery period 2 - 3 working days). Additional delivery services are available at checkout for an additional cost.

European & Rest of World Delivery
All European shipments made by UPS and placed by 6pm (UK time) Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day providing there are no external factors beyond our control*. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
Standard European Delivery
Standard European Delivery across the Netherlands, France, Spain, Belgium, Austria & Germany is normally 2 to 3 working days. Standard delivery to Italy is 3-5 working days.

Next Day Delivery in Denmark, Sweden, Poland and Norway

Duty Payments
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees, including import duty and customs duty which are generally requested by the carrier. By placing an order you are agreeing to this as a main term and condition.
Licences
Certain countries require recipients of our goods to hold relevant licencing. This is the responsibility of the consignee to ensure they have all necessary paperwork to receive their shipment. Should the consignee not be able to provide the required paperwork to local authorities to release the order no refund will be processed.

Any orders containing restricted or hazardous substances are subject to additional transportation or Civil Aviation authorities’ rules and procedures which may cause a delay in despatch and delivery.
Delivery options only showing chargeable services
If your order is under £25 in value (before VAT) but exceeds 2 kilograms in packed weight your order must be sent via UPS at an additional cost due to Royal mail restrictions.
Orders delayed at despatch
Sometimes there can be additional factors which means your order needs extra checks and administration before being released. On occasion this can cause a slight delay to despatch. Any orders containing restricted items for instance need extra checking before release.
Signature upon delivery
All parcels delivered through UPS will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Parcels can be delivered anytime between 8.30am and 6.00pm. Timed Deliveries and Saturday deliveries may be available at an extra cost.
