Distilled water can be extremely useful within the tattoo industry to ensure that you can revive and rejuvenate inks that have been exposed to heat or separated in travel. Distilled water is ideal for creating the ideal fluid consistency you need for accurate ink application in the skin with your favourite machine and needle set up. Many artists use distilled water for creating black and grey tattoos, as it allows them to create a multitude of shades from a limited selection of inks. This means that the blending and shading can be much more gradual and seamless, creating a better overall effect in the tattoo design.distilled-water

Distilled water can be very useful within the tattoo industry. It is ideal for rejuvenating the dried out or thicker inks, as many of these are not compatible with different tattoo machines and needle set ups. Some more modern tattoo machines are better used with more fluid inks, whereas some more traditional set ups are ideal with the thicker, highly pigmented old style of ink production. By adding small amounts of distilled water to these inks, they are then suitable for use. By having a more fluid consistency, the ink is able to flow through the tubes and machine more easily, as well as being easier to work into the skin's surface. The distilled water technique of diluting tattoo ink can be very useful when producing the varying of shades of black and grey. By adding small amounts of distilled water to the mixture of inks, it can increase the fluidity of the ink shades and make them easier to apply into the skin's surface. Using distilled water to rinse off debris and cleaning the tattoo while it is in progress can also be a better solution than using regular water which is not sterile in the same way that distilled water is.

Free next day delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100
All areas classed as outside of the UK Mainland including Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and Isle of Man are subject to individual delivery charges starting from £23.
All orders placed by 6pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day and will normally be delivered the next working day* within England, Wales and Scotland (excluding areas classed as rural by the courier).
Delivery to areas classed as Highlands and Islands will normally take 2 to 3 days dependent on any local area delivery company operational constraints.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will not be despatched until the next working day.
The majority of our deliveries are carried out by UPS unless your order value is under £25 (before VAT) or under 2 kilograms. In this case your order will qualify for free of charge standard Royal Mail delivery (delivery period 2 - 3 working days). Additional delivery services are available at checkout for an additional cost.

European & Rest of World Delivery
All European shipments made by UPS and placed by 6pm (UK time) Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day providing there are no external factors beyond our control*. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
Standard European Delivery
Standard European Delivery across the Netherlands, France, Spain, Belgium, Austria & Germany is normally 2 to 3 working days. Standard delivery to Italy is 3-5 working days.

Next Day Delivery in Denmark, Sweden, Poland and Norway
Next Day Delivery is also available in these countries in the equivalent currency amount for the order value threshold. Certain additional weight factors also apply for Poland and Norway. Please see your delivery options at the checkout for these countries.

Duty Payments
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees, including import duty and customs duty which are generally requested by the carrier. By placing an order you are agreeing to this as a main term and condition.
Licences
Certain countries require recipients of our goods to hold relevant licencing. This is the responsibility of the consignee to ensure they have all necessary paperwork to receive their shipment. Should the consignee not be able to provide the required paperwork to local authorities to release the order no refund will be processed.
Special Products
There are a small number of special products that we do not hold in stock ourselves and order from the manufacturer at the point that you place your order. This is due to specific manufacturer processes. Special products that go through this process are highlighted on our site within their individual product descriptions.

Any orders containing restricted or hazardous substances are subject to additional transportation or Civil Aviation authorities’ rules and procedures which may cause a delay in despatch and delivery.
Delivery options only showing chargeable services
If your order is under £25 in value (before VAT) but exceeds 2 kilograms in packed weight your order must be sent via UPS at an additional cost due to Royal mail restrictions.
Orders delayed at despatch
Sometimes there can be additional factors which means your order needs extra checks and administration before being released. On occasion this can cause a slight delay to despatch. Any orders containing restricted items for instance need extra checking before release.
Signature upon delivery
All parcels delivered through UPS will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Parcels can be delivered anytime between 8.30am and 6.00pm. Timed Deliveries and Saturday deliveries may be available at an extra cost.
