Andrea Afferni is a world renowned tattoo artists famous for his realism and portrait work. The Italian artist sculpts all of his tattoos from real photos of portraits, wildlife, landscapes and much more. He was named the best portrait artist in Italy in 2010 and labelled one of the best portrait artists in the world by English pioneer Lal Hardy, in the book “The mammoth book of tattoo art”.
