The battery pack can be charged via Micro-USB in about 3 hours and has a usage time of about 6 hours. The Wireless Battery Power Supply connects via RCA connector. It features one-button-control and a 1200MAH battery with output short circuit protection as well as input double charging protection. Power ranges from 6V-11V and can be adjusted with visible feedback on top of the battery pack.

Instructions for usage:

1. Press and hold the power button for 2-3 seconds to turn on and off

2. Click the power button 6V-11V power cycle replacement

3. Recall the memory of the last used voltage after each power-on call 10V/0.02 seconds.

4. When the power is working, it will automatically jump to the battery capacity display, and the indicator light is in the breathing state.

5. The five indicators represent 20%-100% of the power. Then click the button to automatically return to the adjustment voltage state

6. When charging, 5 indicators are showing the capacity status. When full, the indicator light is always on and the overshoot protection is entered.

7. There is a charging current limit in the battery. As long as it is a charger of 1A or above, the charging time of the battery 1200MAH is about 3 hours, and the usage time is about 6 hours.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
