Cut down on the need for tiring manual scrubbing and cleaning of items by using this handy bit of kit instead. These units from Ultrawave are made to the highest quality standards. They are supplied as a complete machine, with the complementary stainless steel basket as well as a ABS plastic lid. This is a two in one feature as it doubles up as a draining platform for the basket. It efficiently collects the excess water which may drain out whilst the items that have been cleaned dry out.

These ultrasonic cleaning units from Ultrawave are a premium products that are designed to industry standards. They allow you to easily and effortlessly cleanse your instruments and small pieces of equipment with minimal effort. They are ideal for use in the tattoo studio as they can rapidly clean pieces and easily remove organic and chemical debris from the equipment and instruments you need on a daily basis. With your items being cleaned in as little as 15 minutes, you can be sure that once they are sterilised your items will be fit for use within the tattoo process once more. The U95 model features a 1.95l tank, meaning you will comfortably be able to fit a selection of instruments, equipment and associated accessories in one cleaning session. With an analogue timer on the side of the unit, you can simply turn it to the required time and press the Sonics button to get started. The unit is supplied as a complete item with the accompanying stainless steel basket as well as an ABS plastic lid. This unit is designed with a two in one feature, as the lid also doubles as a drip tray. It is the perfect place to stand the basket once the items are drying as it collects the excess water which may drain out.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
