The eternal inks tattoo range includes a specifically developed selection of portrait colours, which are designed to blend with a range of other colours such as skin tones, shadow tones and highlights to produce the most realistic and attractive possible results for portrait artwork on the skin. These include 12 colours that have been designed by the world famous portrait tattoo artist Liz Cook, all of which can be found within this Liz Cook series set, in the form of 1oz ink bottles, which ensure that you have everything you need in a size that is easy to transport and use as you need, while providing enough ink for you to complete all the tasks you might be presented with at any one time. As these are all inks produced by eternal inks they are produced to the same high standards as other eternal ink products, which means that they are of course produced using natural materials which ensure not only a vibrant and attractive, long lasting colour but also that the ink itself is a non-toxic, organic alternative. Organic pigment inks like these are particularly useful when applying large areas of the skin with ink, as we tend to with portrait tattoos, because the ink is less likely to cause irritation to the skin when applied, due to the less abrasive nature of the ink.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
