Intenze Bahama blue pastel is an attractive and vibrant shade of light blue that certainly gives the tropical ocean feel as well as any colour could. The light, vibrant shade of Bahama blue pastel provides an attractive addition to the Intenze complete range of colours and offers a beautiful addition to any colourful tattoo design, given the bold nature of the colour. This strong shade of pale blue is of course very light, making it a more subtle colour to use in lighter designs but a very attention grabbing and dramatic one to use in darker designs. Being a product from Intenze inks certainly offers a number of advantages, the ink is a particularly long lasting one; with Intenze inks being widely acknowledged as the longest lasting pigment inks in the world, as well as one of the most heavily tested all the way from production to application on the skin. With this alone you can be confident that all of the inks you order are as fresh as they possibly could be. We also sterilize all of our inks using gamma rays to eliminate any potentially harmful bacteria that would have otherwise been present within the ink, this is effective as it is most commonly these bacteria that would be the causes of irritation, allergic reaction and even infection.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
