This is a long lasting, strong colour produced with a non-toxic and organic ink, which is supplied in a selection of the most popular sizes. We are one of the few suppliers who sterilize all of our inks before shipping, which means that the ink is certain to be clean and safe upon arrival, we also don’t freeze our inks which means it is as fresh as it could be.

Tropical Teal is one of the many shades of blue available as part of the eternal inks complete range of colours, and offers a strong, medium tone of blue that provides you with an excellent range of possible uses. The colour is soft and dark enough to be used to cover a larger area of a design if you chose to use it in that way, and of course is bold enough to be used to draw attention to particular, smaller details of a design if you chose to use it in that way. Regardless of how you decide to incorporate the colour into your tattoo designs you will be certain to have everything you need, because we supply the ink in a selection of the most popular sizes allowing you to have as much as you need, and allowing you to reduce costs and waste materials as much as possible. The ink is, like all eternal inks, produced using a selection of natural materials which help to ensure that it is not only a long lasting and beautiful colour, but also that the ink itself is a non-toxic and organic solution, which means that it is less abrasive against the skin and less likely to cause irritation. To further ensure the comfort and quality the ink provides we sterilize all of our inks, which removes any potentially harmful bacteria that might have otherwise been the cause of irritation, allergic reaction and even infection. We also never freeze our inks, so you can be completely confident in the freshness of the products you order from us.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
