Periwinkle is an attractive and bold colour within the eternal inks complete range of colours but this provides a softer shade that offers easier blending opportunities than some of the alternatives. The colour is soft enough to be used over a large area by itself or with some shading, and still won’t be so bold as to draw attention away from the rest of the design, yet when used in smaller amounts or blended it can be bright and bold enough to draw the eye into some of the finer details. This is available in a selection of different sizes to ensure that all of your needs are met, regardless of what those may be, and of course gives you the opportunity to reduce your waste materials and costs in the process. The ink itself is produced using a selection of natural materials, which help to ensure not only that the colour produced is bold and long lasting but also that the ink itself is a non-toxic, organic option. Organic pigment inks like this one are increasingly popular as they are less likely to cause irritation to the skin when applied, due to the less abrasive nature of the materials within the ink, which means the tattoo is more likely to heal cleanly and beautifully.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
