This is not a mixture for use for tattooing purposes. When supplied in the EU, this ink is NOT to be injected or introduced into a persons's skin, mucous membrane, or eyeball with the aim of making a mark or design on the body. It is intended exclusively for use on practice, synthetic skin.

As with all eternal inks this colour is produced using a selection of the best quality natural ingredients possible, ensuring a high standard of ink is produced that is non-toxic, organic, long lasting and vibrant. To further reinforce the quality of the inks you order we won’t freeze the inks, so you can be certain they are fresh when delivered, and we sterilize the inks, so you can be certain they are clean.

This is a strong, bold and high quality colour that offers a warm, desirable but soft alternative to the traditional pinks and peaches. The colour is produced in such a way as to ensure it is a long lasting and complimentary colour, great for filling sections of a larger design or including much smaller and detailed features to the design. This is a popular and feminine option that provides an endless selection of possible uses. As with all eternal inks this option was produced using a selection of top standard natural materials, ensuring that the end result was a high quality pigment ink, providing a non-toxic, organic solution to your tattoo ink needs. This helps to reduce the chances of the ink causing a reaction on the skin, which is further aided by the process of sterilization we execute with all of the inks we supply. This process includes the use of gamma radiation to remove any bacteria that could otherwise was irritation to the skin in the tattoo area or even infection and is a process that very few other suppliers invest in. As a tattoo artist you will of course want to concentrate on your artwork more than the procedures involved in ordering ink, to ensure the best possible convenience for you we supply our inks in a selection of sizes, allowing you to find the amount that best suits your needs without increasing your costs and waste materials any more than you have to. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
