These Dry Loc Pads are specially designed to absorb and trap the fluid and prevent it from sitting on the surface of the skin. They have a cellulose centre in the pad, meaning that the fluid is transformed into a gel like substance so it will not leak out of the dressing. These high quality dressings have been specially developed for the tattoo studio. They are created to ensure that any fluid or moisture from your new piece is safely and quickly wicked away to the centre of the dressing. This means that there is no risk of leaks as well as giving the tattoo a better environment for healing. There is no contact between the fluid and the surface of the skin where the tattoo is located. They are available in three different sizes. These include Small - 61mm x 105mm, Medium - 100mm x 145mm Large - 145mm x 210mm. They are supplied in packs of 200-250 loose pads. The moisture is safely enclosed in the pad, creating the perfect environment for the skin to heal sufficiently. The pads are low adhesion and do not stick to the skin's surface and can be easily removed from the body part they have been applied to. Being available in a range of sizes means that you are able to pick the most suitable for your new tattoo placement. They can also be combined to cover a large expanse of skin if required.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
