There are plenty of things that make this an incredibly effective option of a power supply unit, this is a second generation CX1, which of course means that it features a number of improvements over the first generation. The device itself is more compact and easy to use, but with a larger and brighter display for easier reading. This is compatible with standard clips cord connections and foot pedal connections, and provides you with a surface that is easy to wipe. This is a particularly useful option for those who like to plan ahead, given that it is capable of innovative new features such as the ability to run without a pedal, and even compatibility with wireless foot pedals.

This is not your standard power supply unit, this is an all new, second generation, powerful and effective option that provides no limitations on the benefits that it provides. The CX-1 is supplied by Critical Tattoo, and as such benefits from their years of experience in the tattoo industry, particularly when it comes to power supplies and machine operation, as such it is no surprise that this is quite such as well featured option. The power supply provides you with a brand new maintained pedal mode, as well as the ability to run the machine without the use of a pedal. The power supply unit is not as bulky as the previous generation model. It features a fully digital microprocessor control, for increased adaptability, and offers you a bigger and brighter display, for easier use and reading. This even offers compatibility for wireless pedal technology, so you won’t even have to worry about the presence of cables while you work, though of course it does also accept clip cord and standard foot pedal connections. This is a highly adaptable option, allowing you to run at higher amps on any coil or rotary machine, giving you 1 volt adjustment resolution, and allowing you precision regulated set point voltage to be adjusted anywhere from 0-18vdc.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
