Duty Payments
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. Licences
Certain countries require recipients of our goods to hold relevant licencing. This is the responsibility of the consignee to ensure they have all necessary paperwork to receive their shipment. Delivery options only showing chargeable services
If your order is under €25 in value (before VAT) but exceeds 2 kilograms in packed weight your order must be sent via UPS at an additional cost due to Royal mail restrictions.
Orders delayed at despatch
Sometimes there can be additional factors which means your order needs extra checks and administration before being released. On occasion this can cause a slight delay to despatch. Any orders containing restricted items for instance need extra checking before release.
Signature upon delivery
All parcels delivered through UPS will require a signature upon receipt of delivery. Parcels can be delivered anytime between 8.30am and 6.00pm. Timed Deliveries and Saturday deliveries may be available at an extra cost.
