Rapidex is the professional, industry grade product to ensure that your equipment and instruments are thoroughly cleansed prior to sterilisation. It is compatible with both ultrasonic and manual cleaning processes. Rapidex works quickly with no need to scrub or scour the dirt and debris away. You can use measured doses of the power to ensure that you always make the right amount of what you need, cutting down on wastage. Rapidex is also very economical and can cost from as little as five pence a litre. It is the ideal solution for removing medical and organic debris from instruments, easily shifting dried on blood and other associated matter from the tattoo process. Rapidex is also very good at removing the marks and stains left by inks and similar chemicals. It removes the tarnish from metal objects and helps restore their pristine shine. Rapidex is supplied in either 50 sachets of 28g or a bulk powder carton weighing at 2.25kg.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
