Laura Egea
Laura got her first tattoo at 17 years old (much later than when she first wanted one!) and started tattooing while studying Fine Art at university, practicing on fruits & vegetables. In 2013, she had completed her studies and began working as a tattoo artist but moved studios a lot. Finally, in 2016 she decided to set up her own studio, Musa Tattoo.
“I have been drawing and painting since I learned to pick up a pencil.”
Laura couldn't imagine not drawing or painting. When she was younger, she wanted to become a painter and her family supported her in every way possible. She attended private drawing and painting classes until she started her studies in Fine Art. She decided to become a tattoo artist when she realised that tattoos are pieces of art that can be carried around on people's bodies.
