These spotted horn spirals are ideal for adding to your jewellery collection. They are available in 5 different sizes. These include 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Ensure that you are able to choose the correct size for your piercing from our selection. The spirals are tapered, meaning that they can easily be adjusted to fit your individual piercing. They can be secured with rubber O rings to ensure that the jewellery stays in place. These spirals are a high quality item and are a great addition to the jewellery collection.

These horn spirals are available in 5 different sizes. These include 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 12mm. Ensure that you are able to choose the correct size for your piercing from our selection. The spirals are tapered, meaning that they can easily be adjusted to fit your individual piercing. They can also be secured in place using rubber O rings on either side of the piercing site. These spirals feature a bold spotty design within the spiral. They have a great contrast using the monochrome colour scheme. The pale white spots stand out against the dark colouring of the bone spiral. They spirals are smooth and will not cause any discomfort or friction against the skin when inserted or removed from the piercing site. This is especially important if you are in the process of stretching your gauged ear piercing. These jewellery pieces are carved by hand from buffalo horn, including the pale inlay to create the spotted design on these spirals. The high quality of these pieces is evident when compared to the standard acrylic jewellery that is commonly supplied for stretched ear piercings. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
