Having a supply of these handy ink bottles in your studio is never going to be a bad idea. They can be used for a multitude of purposes such as transporting smaller amounts of ink. This can be extremely useful when travelling and it is not needed to bring a full 12oz bottle of ink with you. These bottles are also great for storing mixed ink that has been custom made from a wide variety of colours. Keeping this unique shade of ink can be helpful for future projects, but may also be required for that particular design if it needs touch ups or is part of a larger design that has multiple sessions.

Ink Bottles are available in three different sizes so you can find a product that is truly suitable for the purposes you need. They are ideal for storing ink that you may have dispensed from a larger bottle which may be more awkward and heavy to handle on a daily basis. These smaller bottles are perfect for this purpose, as they are light and easy to clean. The plastic they are made from is also transparent, allowing you to clearly see the amount of ink left in the bottle, as well as the true colour of the pigment. This can make it much quicker to find the ink colour that you need, rather than searching through many labelled bottles where you cannot clearly see the ink tone. These bottles are easily sterilised, meaning you can reuse them over and over again. They are light and easy to use, as well as featuring a specially designed protective nozzle on the top of the bottle. This helps to prevent the tip of the bottle from being snapped or bent which can impede ink flow. It also helps keep the bottle air tight so the ink doesn't dry out or become contaminated with bacteria or infection.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
