They help to minimise the damage done to the surface of the skin, making the experience more comfortable for your client. It can also help to reduce healing and recovery times. The needle cartridges also have a safety membrane built in to ensure that there is no risk of ink or bodily fluids travelling up the machine towards the motor and hand piece. The membrane is also a one way system, ensuring that no bacteria, germs or infection is able to penetrate the membrane and contaminate the client's bloodstream.

This quick switchover technique saves you time and effort during the session, meaning you will never have to interrupt workflow as these needles take seconds to change in your machine. Simply unwrap, insert and go. When you want to change needles, simply click off and dispose. These needles have a safety feature built in where the needle tip will retract into the designated chamber within the cartridge. This helps prevent you from handling loose used needles, as well as making the disposal of the needles a lot safer and easier. The needle cartridges are all individually wrapped and sterilised, meaning they are hygienic and ready for use.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
