The versatile colours will allow you to push the boundaries in tattooing creating some seriously good pieces of work. The kit includes some of the best flesh tones imaginable alongside a Frostbite Blue that is impossible to duplicate. As well as the blue you can expect to find Dried Blood, Undead Red, Freshly Dead, Rigor Mortis, Decomposed skin, Infected skin, Putrid Brown, Gangrene, Plague Brown, Graveside Light and Graveside Dark. The Zombie colour kit is a must have for any professional artist, it won’t fail to please you and it has been created by one of the most respected artists in the industry. Terry “Tramp” Welker is the founder of Eternal Tattoos, and the creator of Eternal Inks. Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
