This is not a mixture for use for tattooing purposes. When supplied in the EU, this ink is NOT to be injected or introduced into a persons's skin, mucous membrane, or eyeball with the aim of making a mark or design on the body. It is intended exclusively for use on practice, synthetic skin.

The eternal clay grey provides an alternative to the typical grey, as the slightly coloured tint to the grey makes it a better and more complimentary option for grey areas within a coloured tattoo, particularly if used over a larger area. This is of course, as are all of the Eternal Inks, a non-toxic and organic option in tattoo inks, using natural ingredients that reduce the chances of your customer’s skin experiencing a reaction or irritation as a result of the application of the ink. This is a natural, neutral tone and part of the Muted Earthtone Eternal Inks range, which includes a selection of other natural shades varying from bright, vibrant blues and deep reds to paler, softer shades like this one.

The Eternal Ink Muted Earthtone range includes a selection of fantastic, natural tones that provide a range of options from bright and bold, dark and warm to the more neutral tones like this clay grey. While regular greys are simple and plain this one offers a more natural and cool tint of green-blue colouration, making it a more natural clay grey shade. As a result of the neutral nature of the shade the colour is easy to blend and provides an excellent option for filling in grey areas of a colourful tattoo, as it provides a more colourful and complimentary shade to the standard grey. The ink, like many within the Eternal Inks collections, is available in a selection of sizes for your own convenience, this allows you to order what you need and save on additional costs and waste materials that might otherwise incur. The ink is produced using a selection of natural ingredients, which means that the end result is an organic, non-toxic pigment ink that you can rely upon. The natural components of the ink help to ensure that it is less likely to cause a reaction on the skin of your customers, and to further aid this preventative measure we also ensure that all of our inks are sterilized, removing any bacteria that might cause a reaction or infection and thus ensuring the safety and comfort of your customers.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
