Some of the new features of the Cheyenne HAWK Spirit Motor in Orange include noise and vibration reduction. This means a more comfortable working environment for you and a more relaxed atmosphere for the client. It is also now even more versatile with a range of new needles configurations allowing you to try out new styles and techniques and really let your imagination fly. The HAWK Spirit is light and small – perfect for carrying around and very easy to work with. It has an ergonomic design which will feel just like an extension of your hand and comes with 2 hand pieces which are great for smaller and larger hands. Cheyenne have also brought out some great new needle configuration designed for this machine which will give you even more variety with the same level of high quality you have come to expect from Cheyenne. You will get precise and clean punctures which allows you to really nail the intricate and detailed designs. The new advanced needle cartridges are completely disposable and are hygienic and incredibly easy to change. *Please note that grips are not included with this purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
