The Ultrawave U300 is a professional grade ultrasonic cleaning bath. It is an alternative to manually cleaning instruments prior to the sterilisation process. Ultrasonic cleaning equipment is used in a variety of industries, including scientific and laboratory research, as acupuncture and tattooing. The U300 is an unheated ultrasonic bath, meaning even delicate instruments and equipment can be cleaned with this machine. It has a 2.5l capacity tank, giving you plenty of space of small scale instruments, grips and tubes. This model features an easy to use analogue timer on the side of the unit, meaning you can simply turn the dial to the required time and press the Sonic button to get started. The unit comes complete with a stainless steel basket and an ABS plastic lid. This machine has a two in one feature, as the lid is also designed to double up as drip tray. This means it will collect the excess water when the basket is removed and acts as a stand for it. The Ultrawave U300 offers 35W of ultrasonic power and has an operating frequency of 44kHz. Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed through our system, unfortunately we are unable to amend this. Please contact our sales office on +44 114 257 6022 to discuss the next steps. If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 5pm.
