Accuracy and responsiveness are critical during the tattoo process. You need to be able to tap into your desired voltage, with precise response and control. Inaccuracy simply can’t happen. So we have completely re-written the operating system, incorporated smart chip technology and made some changes both inside and out.

Capacitance Touch User Interface:
Illuminated green LED buttons provide quick and accurate activation/voltage adjustments with the touch of a finger. Finely tuned to work flawlessly through barrier controls - even while wearing medical gloves.

Additional Display Reading:
Understand more about how your tattoo machine is operating by selecting an additional display reading that most suits your needs. Options include: Cycles Per Second, Duty Cycle, Follow Through, Amps, Diagnostics, Timer or choose Cloak to hide any of the additional display readings.
Precision Voltage Adjustments:
Increase or decrease your voltage in fine precise adjustments of 0.1 volts or rapid coarse adjustments of 0.2 volts.
Four Voltage Presets:
Automatically save your last used settings. Preset up to four of your favorite voltage settings and recall them all with the click of a button!
Two Footswitch Modes:
Momentary (press and hold) or maintained mode for those times when turning your machine on and off isn’t necessary.
Two Timer Modes:
Determine the amount of tattooing you're doing by using the Runtime Mode, which activates with each footswitch command or switch to Stopwatch Mode to track your overall session.
Sleep Mode:
Resume tattooing at your last used settings after 30 minutes of inactivity with the click of a button (or your footswitch).
Size:
Vertical orientation and a narrow profile leaves a small footprint which leaves you with more space at your workstation. Physical dimensions of 6.5"(L) x 2"(W) x 5.785"(H)
Cables routed out the back:
Industry standard rear facing Mono jacks and power cord connections are routed out the back to reduce the risk of cords interfering with your work.
Gumshoe Sticky Foot:
Made from sticky (top secret) silicone to ensure that your EMS420 stays securely in place on your workstation or any hard surface. Can be repositioned without damage to surfaces - allowing you to move your EMS420 to a different workstation or location.
Custom Enclosure:
Custom enclosure made of a dark green cycoloy plastic - a proprietary Polycarbonate ABS blend with a gold metallic fleck. It’s designed to withstand harsh surface disinfectants, which can degrade plastics over time.
Laser Cut Steel Stand:
Durable, precision laser cut steel stand hand bent from brushed 10 gauge 304 stainless steel.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Easy to cover and clean with no knobs or plugs to interfere with barrier film application or bagging process.
Worldwide compatibility:

Standard European Delivery
Standard European Delivery across the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Austria & Germany is normally 2 to 3 working days. Standard delivery to Italy is 3-5 working days.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery is available across all these countries for all orders and free for any order placed with a value of over €250. Any order delivered to these countries with a value of under €250 will have a standard delivery charge of €6.99. Next day delivery across these countries is available for orders under €250 and is charged at €9.99.

All orders placed by 7pm (UK time) Monday to Friday will be despatched the same day providing there are no external factors beyond our control*.Orders received on Saturday and Sunday or Public Holidays will be despatched on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery in Denmark, Sweden Norway and Poland
Next Day Delivery is also available in these countries in the equivalent currency amount for the order value threshold. Certain additional weight factors also apply for Poland and Norway. Please see your delivery options at the checkout for these countries.

Other important information
Duty Payments
Products delivered to some destinations, mainly outside the EU, may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the product is responsible for these fees, including import duty and customs duty which are generally requested by the carrier. By placing an order you are agreeing to this as a main term and condition.
Licences
Certain countries require recipients of our goods to hold relevant licencing. This is the responsibility of the consignee to ensure they have all necessary paperwork to receive their shipment. Should the consignee not be able to provide the required paperwork to local authorities to release the order no refund will be processed.
Special Products
There are a small number of special products that we do not hold in stock ourselves and order from the manufacturer at the point that you place your order. External Factors beyond our control
Please be aware that on occasion due to external delivery factors beyond our control Next Day Delivery cannot be 100% guaranteed.
Hazardous Substances
Any orders containing restricted or hazardous substances are subject to additional transportation or Civil Aviation authorities’ rules and procedures which may cause a day in despatch and delivery.
Delivery options only showing chargeable services
If your order is under £25 in value (before VAT) but exceeds 2 kilograms in packed weight your order must be sent via UPS at an additional cost due to Royal mail restrictions.
Orders delayed at despatch
Sometimes there can be additional factors which means your order needs extra checks and administration before being released. On occasion this can cause a slight delay to despatch. Any orders containing restricted items for instance need extra checking before release.
Signature upon delivery
All parcels through our main courier will need to be signed for and can be delivered anytime between 8.30am and 6.00pm. Timed Deliveries and Saturday deliveries may be available at an extra cost.
