Cheyenne Cartridge is a fantastic cartridge that comes with a number of benefits. This particular cartridge has been designed for use in very precise and delicate shading. They contain a special membrane that helps protect your machine from being contaminated with any blood, ink or any other bodily fluids. It can also help against cross-contamination of the grips and prevent any liquids entering the client’s skin that shouldn’t be. There is also a safety features that retracts the needles when the machine is turned off which reduces the risks associated with disposing of bare needles. Please not there a number of fake cartridges so you must buy yours from a reputable retailer such as Barber DTS as they may not be sterilised properly and can be very dangerous. There is a much higher risk of infection from products that do not meet the correct hygiene requirements that are necessary in a tattoo studio. Fake cartridges may also cause damage to your tattoo machine as they will not have the protective membrane that official Cheyenne cartridges have. Using the wrong type of cartridge in your machine may void the warranty.

Can I track my order?
If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email. However, Royal Mail services cannot be tracked.
My order hasn’t arrived?
We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.
What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?
If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.
I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?
To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.
What time do UPS deliver from?
The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.
What is your order cut off point?
