Skin doodlers are a popular pen because they provide a safe and easy to work with, steady and even ink flow on the skin that is perfect for drawing out free hand designs straight on to your client clearly so that you can both see how the design might look when finished. However, the pens themselves are actually just an ink cartridge, and just 1.6mm thick, which makes them very awkward to actually work with. This is where the pen holder comes in; providing you with an attractive, comfortable and very easy to work with mount case for your cartridges that will help you to use them just like any other pen.

Skin Doodlers and Skin Surfers are pen cartridges specifically developed for drawing onto the skin. They use a ball point pen design that helps to ensure the pen effortlessly rolls ink on to the skin surface, which makes it a fantastic option for drawing out your free-hand outlines. The pens themselves are very popular, but not particularly easy to work with, as they are simply a cartridge; using a very basic and narrow design that helps to keep the cost low and provide you with more affordable results; so the holder for these cartridges is sold separately and can be used again and again with all of the cartridges you purchase. This is of course the holder; offering you a perfect, easy to work with design that will very closely resemble a graphic tablet pen or fine liner, giving you a more natural and comfortable feel for the best possible results. These are manufactured using the more durable possible materials, and supplied in this instance in black which helps to ensure that they provide you with an effective and attractive solution. It is very easy to mount and un-mount the cartridges, using a similar method to the nib of a graphics tablet pen, with which many artists are already familiar; you need only twist the head (tip end) until it is removed then slot the cartridge into place and replace the head.

If you need to change the address of your parcel, please call UPS using your tracking number which was sent to you on email. Please be advised this can incur a 24-48 hour delay in the UPS system.

Can I track my order?

If you have selected a UPS delivery service, you can track your order on the UPS website using the tracking number sent to you on email.

My order hasn’t arrived?

We are sorry that your package has not arrived; our couriers do all they can to get your items to you but please allow an extra few days during busy periods. Your tracking number, which was sent to you on email, should show any possible delays your package has come across, and whether your package has been given to an Access Point or has had any delivery attempts, but please contact us directly if you need further assistance.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

If there is nobody available at the delivery address, UPS will make three attempts on three separate working days, or deliver your package to a nearby Access Point. If the delivery is still unsuccessful, or the package reaches the maximum number of days the Access Point can hold it, the parcel will make its way back to us.

I have a credit on my account, how do I use this?

To claim back a credit on your account, you will need to contact our sales department and we will process your order and apply the credit, please note this cannot be used online.

What time do UPS deliver from?

The standard UPS delivery times are between 8am-6pm.

What is your order cut off point?

Our cut off for next day delivery is 6pm.
